Fear of the unknown is a shame of Satan. But, our hope rests in God who is all-knowing and all-powerful. He has defeated the Enemy!

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4//

We are not immune from COVID-19 or the trouble it brings. BUT, we have and can experience the comfort of God, so that we can also comfort others during this time and in the future to come. Lord, grant us peace and comfort now and during the rest of our lives. We ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen!

But I will stay on at Ephesus until Pentecost, because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.

Great work for the Lord can be done in places where Christians are opposed.

For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them —yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

When we accept God’s grace, we are saved from our past.

For God is not a God of disorder but of peace —as in all the congregations of the Lord’s people.

When life seems chaotic, I must remember that “God is not a God of disorder.”

If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
