Galatians 1:6-7 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all.//
Even believers can rely on “crutches” that will not work. 

Ephesians 3:12 In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.//
Faith gives us confidence in that God will hear our cries.

Ephesians 1:21 far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.//
Jesus is Lord of all now and forever!

Galatians 6:1 Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.//
Apparently, if we do not restore people gently, there is a good chance we may also fall.

Galatians 1:22-24 I was personally unknown to the churches of Judea that are in Christ. They only heard the report: “The man who formerly persecuted us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy.” And they praised God because of me.//
May people praise God when they see how He has changed me.

2 Corinthians 9:2 For I know your eagerness to help, and I have been boasting about it to the Macedonians, telling them that since last year you in Achaia were ready to give; and your enthusiasm has stirred most of them to action.//
My demeanor will affect the action or non-action of others.

2 Corinthians 7:10 Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death.//
If sorrow is required, then may my only sorrow be Godly sorrow.

2 Corinthians 5:6-7 Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. For we live by faith, not by sight.//
May I remember that I do not live by sight.

2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.//
Some people think that doing what makes them happy brings them freedom. But, the reality is that doing what the Lord wants us to do brings freedom.

Psalm 78:9-10 The men of Ephraim, though armed with bows, turned back on the day of battle; they did not keep God’s covenant and refused to live by his law.//
Disobedience renders us helpless in the midst of conflict.
