Revelation 20:15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
Hell is a real and awful place. When I speak to other people, may I remember what happens if they do not accept Christ, in order that I may be and remain fervent, steadfast, and true when attempting to reach the lost.

Luke 10:41 “Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things,”
Anxieties can multiply when we don’t spend time with Jesus.

Revelation 19:10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers and sisters who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.”
Do I worship things or people who bring me good news and joy? Or, do I give all glory to God? Father, may I always stay focused on You.

Revelation 18:20 “Rejoice over her, you heavens! Rejoice, you people of God! Rejoice, apostles and prophets! For God has judged her with the judgment she imposed on you.”
In the end, God will repay those who have done evil and did not turn to Him. I should remember to forgive others and leave vengeance to God, as only He is perfect to judge the world.

Luke 10:40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. She came to him and asked, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister has left me to do the work by myself?”
How easy to think that Jesus does not care when our plans don’t go the way we expect.

Revelation 17:17 For God has put it into their hearts to accomplish his purpose by agreeing to hand over to the beast their royal authority, until God’s words are fulfilled.
God will accomplish His purpose, even through people who do evil.

Luke 10:40 But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made.
May I not be caught up in distractions that I miss the Lord’s presence.

Revelation 16:10-11 The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and its kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues in agony and cursed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, but they refused to repent of what they had done.
Do I blame God when bad things happen? Or, do I look internally and recognize that my sinful actions can cause my own grief? Lord, keep me from sinning and enable me to repent quickly when I fail.

Luke 10:39 She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said.
Do I sit and do I listen to the Lord — or do I always do the talking and serving?

Revelation 15:4 Who will not fear you, Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.”
One day, all of God’s righteous acts will be revealed to all people, and all will worship our Father. Holy is the Lord God almighty!
