Galatians 5:25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.//
This is the challenging part.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,//
Only one and no other!

1 Timothy 1:5 The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.//
Without a pure heart, good conscience, and sincere faith, it is impossible to love.

Galatians 5:17 For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other.//
Why am I surprised by this internal conflict when it happens?

2 Thessalonians 3:6 In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you, brothers and sisters, to keep away from every believer who is idle and disruptive and does not live according to the teaching you received from us.//
May I have the strength to do this, and May I not be one who does not live according to the teaching.

2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie//
Lord, purify me so that I may not be among those who are deceived.

2 Thessalonians 1:9-10 They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you.//
The destruction of those who do not accept Christ is infinite, everlasting, forever…a punishment that never ceases.

Galatians 5:14 For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”//
Simple…but challenging.

Galatians 5:13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh ; rather, serve one another humbly in love.//
May my serving the Lord be done in humility.

Galatians 5:8 That kind of persuasion does not come from the one who calls you.//
Notice how Satan has the power to persuade. Forgive me for believing the evil one’s lies.
