Galatians 5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

Lord, enable me to stay humble even when I experience great blessings that You have provided.

Luke 2:16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger.

When we obey Gods Word we discover Jesus in places we don’t expect. 

Galatians 4:11 I fear for you, that somehow I have wasted my efforts on you. 

Even Paul had doubts that he wasted his time on people who would turn away from God. Lord, enable me to spend time with the people You want me to spend time with; even if I see it as fruitless. May You enable me to do Your will. Amen.

Luke 2:14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

Give me a heart of praise, dear Lord. 

Galatians 3:26 So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, 

We are children of God because of our faith through God’s promise given to Abraham. Lord, thank You for always being true to Your promises.

Luke 2:11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.

He is born to YOU. And me. Because we all need a Savior. 

Galatians 2:13 The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray. 

Even the best apostle can be led astray if they focus on others instead of God.

Luke 2:10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.”

Fear occurs when I do not believe the good news. Help me to always believe, dear Lord. 

Galatians 1:23-24 They only heard the report: “The man who formerly persecuted us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy.” And they praised God because of me. 

In my life, I have sinned against my faith. Lord, You have saved and healed me. I have been forgiven. May I learn to forgive myself so that I might praise You for all You have done for me.

Luke 1:78
