Luke 11:4 Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us.
Vertical forgiveness and horizontal forgiveness are somehow connected. Father, give me the grace to do both. 

1 Samuel 4:6-7 Hearing the uproar, the Philistines asked, “What’s all this shouting in the Hebrew camp?” When they learned that the ark of the Lord had come into the camp, the Philistines were afraid. “A god has come into the camp,” they said. “Oh no! Nothing like this has happened before. 
Our almighty God is capable of things that have never happened before. Lord, may I never underestimate You!

Luke 11:3 Give us each day our daily bread.
God’s provisions are daily, not monthly. May I be patient to trust Him for them. 

1 Samuel 3:4-5 Then the Lord called Samuel. Samuel answered, “Here I am.” And he ran to Eli and said, “Here I am; you called me.” But Eli said, “I did not call; go back and lie down.” So he went and lay down. 
When the Lord calls me, am I quick to seek Him and listen? Or, do I serve people first, failing to put God above all else?

Luke 11:2 He said to them, “When you pray, say …your kingdom come.”
Am I wanting MY kingdom to come or His? Father, may my priority be Your kingdom!

1 Samuel 2:29 Why do you scorn my sacrifice and offering that I prescribed for my dwelling? Why do you honor your sons more than me by fattening yourselves on the choice parts of every offering made by my people Israel?’ 
Do I honor myself, my family, or anything above God? Lord, may I always keep You as my number one priority.

Luke 11:2 He said to them, “When you pray, say: “ ‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come.”
One of the starting places for prayer is praising God, recognizing that He is Lord, not me.  

1 Samuel 1:10 In her deep anguish Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly. 
In my deep anguish, do I pray to the Lord, or do I simply become bitter?

Luke 11:2 He said to them, “When you pray, say: “ ‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come.”
Prayer begins in the context of relationship. Unless I view God as my Father my prayer will be jaded. 

Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
