Sometimes God allows us to be taken places we don’t want to go.

Luke 22:28 You are those who have stood by me in my trials.//
Jesus, being fully God, had His own trials and had fiends to be by His side during His time of need.

Luke 18:17 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”//
Lord, help me to receive Your kingdom with the faith and wonder of a child!

Luke 16:1-3 Jesus told his disciples: “There was a rich man whose manager was accused of wasting his possessions. So he called him in and asked him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.’ “The manager said to himself, ‘What shall I do now? My master is taking away my job. I’m not strong enough to dig, and I’m ashamed to beg—//
“My manager is taking away my job”…how quick we are to blame others for our own wrong-doing.

Luke 15:17-19 “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’//
Lord, thank You for helping me come to my senses.

Mark 14:42 Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!”//
“Lord, grant me courage to do the hard thing.”

Job 13:20-21 “Only grant me these two things, God, and then I will not hide from you: Withdraw your hand far from me, and stop frightening me with your terrors. 
How often do I blame God for Satan’s activities?

Mark 5:30 At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?”
Ministry always costs us something. Jesus sensed power had gone from Him.

Proverbs 19:11 A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense. 
Patience only comes after wisdom. And patience enables one to hold their tongue.

Proverbs 14:10 Each heart knows its own bitterness, and no one else can share its joy. 
Grace brings our hearts out of bitterness and only our hearts can understand how much God has saved us.
