Romans 4:20-21 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.//
When I am in the midst of trials, am I persuaded that God had the power to do what He has promised? Or, does my faith waiver?

Psalm 62:8 Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.//

Acts 28:31 He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance!//
Do I proclaim Jesus with boldness and without hindrance? Lord, give me strong faith!

Acts 27:20 When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the storm continued raging, we finally gave up all hope of being saved.//
When the storms of life continue for many days, how often do I give up hope? Lord, may my hope always be in You, despite my circumstances.

Acts 26:28-29 Then Agrippa said to Paul, “Do you think that in such a short time you can persuade me to be a Christian?” Paul replied, “Short time or long—I pray to God that not only you but all who are listening to me today may become what I am, except for these chains.”//
May I be this example to others and may this be my prayer each and every day for those who listen to me.

Psalm 56:3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.//
This is the proper response to fear. Too often, however, it is not my response. Help me, Lord.

Acts 24:24-25 Several days later Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was Jewish. He sent for Paul and listened to him as he spoke about faith in Christ Jesus. As Paul talked about righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid and said, “That’s enough for now! You may leave. When I find it convenient, I will send for you.”//
There are people in ,y life who will hear about Jesus, but not accept Him. They want to live on their own terms and fear prevails in their inner being.

Acts 23:1 Paul looked straight at the Sanhedrin and said, “My brothers, I have fulfilled my duty to God in all good conscience to this day.”//
May I be blameless and upright, having the courage to look my false accusers straight in the eye.

Psalm 50:20 You sit and testify against your brother and slander your own mother’s son.//
Forgive me for being critical of family members.
