When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, because she thought, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.” Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering. At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?” “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ ”

Simply being around Jesus isn’t the same as believing in Him.
Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”

When people are stubborn and refuse to do the right thing, it is not necessarily sinful for me to be angry at them.

My sins make me one of the voices who yelled out to crucify Him. . .what a horrible thought that my sinful nature could bring such torture to the Son of God. Lord, forgive me for my sins.

“Surely you don’t mean me?”. . .a greedy and prideful heart is a sinful heart that denies one’s own sin to the Almighty.
